British Simmental Cattle Society

Simmental has been bred in Britain for more than 25 years and has established itself as one of this country's premier beef breeds. The Simmental originates from the Simmen Valley situated in the Berner Oberland in Switzerland.

World Simmental Fleckvieh Federation

The World Simmental Fleckvieh Federation was founded in 1974 and is today, with thirty member countries, the largest cattle federation of it's kind in the world.

Canadian Simmental Association

New York Simmental Association

Irish Simmental Cattle Society

Simmentals were originally in Ireland since 1971. The breed originated in the Simme Valley in Switzerland and in the last century spread throughout Europe to become the predominant breed in countries like Austria and Germany where it is known as Fleckvieh and in France where it is known as Pie Rouge and numbers over 2 million.
